When I Try to Enter Programming on the LRA-DCRXS Plugin Receiver, the red LED Does Not Flash

When I try to enter programming mode on the receiver, the red LED is not flashing, it is a solid red LED that does not flash:

This signifies that the two zones of the receiver are programmed/occupied by transmitters.

To program transmitters, you must delete the memory of the receiver.  Click here for more information on deleting the receiver memory.
