This is the Magnetometer probe-based sensor used in the DCPA-4000 kit by Dakota Alert. Bury the white probe parallel or under your driveway way and when a heavy metallic object (like a car) drives over or near the sensor, it triggers and sends a radio signal to the compatible Dakota Alert receiver, such as the DCR-4000 or the RE-4K PLUS.
