The kit ships with 1 x ERA-PBTX, outdoor-rated wireless push button. This wireless button is powered by a powerful lithium battery that will last for 1-2 years before needing to be replaced. A unique feature of this wireless pushbutton is the low glowing ring around the center button for easy visibility at night. Mounting is easy using the included double-sided tape and screws. When a visitor pushes the button, it sends a wireless signal up to 4,000 ft. away to the plugin receiver.
The receiver in this kit is the feature-rich ERA-RXPG plugin receiver. The receiver features four (4) volume settings, mute, as well as a flashing strobe light setting. When triggered, the chime will play a loud sound, and/or (depending on the settings) emit a bright flashing strobe. This bright strobe light is a great way to turn what might look like an ordinary doorbell into a hearing impaired door bell.
You can easily add as many receivers to your home as you want, as well as add compatible ERA receivers such as the ERA-DSCRX desktop receiver & the ERA-VPRX portable chime receiver with vibration.
