The RE-4000 Plus is an upgraded receiver for the DCR-4000. It adds two NO/NC relays and a 12VDC terminal. These can be used to trigger external devices like bells, sirens, and security panels.
This is the receiver featured in numerous Dakota Alert kits such as the DCMA-4K-Plus and the DCPA-4K-Plus. Purchase this product as an add-on to other Dakota 4,000 series of products or as a replacement. It must be paired with a compatible receiver to work.
