There are two components featured in this kit, the new ERA-RXPG wireless, plugin door chime receiver, and the ERA-UTX Universal Transmitter that may be used as a push-button or magnetic door/window contact.  This kit is similar to the ERA-DCKIT, with the difference being the push-button featured in the kit.  This kit features the multi-functional, ERA-UTX which is a more rugged, industrial-grade push-button (also works as a door/window contact), while the ERA-DCKIT features the new, ERA-PBTX push button.  The ERA-PBTX has the same range but is a little more stylish in its design.
